Welcome to our Office! We are so happy you have chosen us.

Paperwork

We may have asked you to complete the online new patient paperwork by clicking on the blue button titled “New Patients” on the home page. There are two sections to complete for each individual coming to our office. Please answer all questions and provide complete information about your dental history, medical health and any medications you are currently taking. This information comes to us securely, and it is helpful if it can be completed at least one day prior to your first visit. We are then able to verify your insurance and see if you have any health issues that we would need to be aware of, prior to your visit.

Previous Dentist

Please contact your previous dental office if you have been seen in the last year then sign an authorization with their office to release your records to us. We will need any full-mouth x-ray series taken in the last three years and any bitewing X-rays taken in the last year. If you have been treated for gum disease, please ask them to provide us with your periodontal history. They can email this information to: info@allaboutdentalwa.com

At The Office

Please bring your ID (or patient’s guardian/parent ID) and any insurance cards to your visit.

If the patient is a minor, a parent or guardian MUST accompany the child throughout their visit.

When you arrive, we will confirm if you have completed your paperwork online. If you are not able to do this prior to your visit, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time to complete the paperwork at the office.

We will take a copy of your ID and insurance card; we will take a photo of you for your chart and you will be asked to sign your paperwork electronically.

We have reserved an hour to ninety minutes for your first visit. We will plan to take any necessary X-rays and provide a thorough, comprehensive evaluation. If you would like to have your teeth cleaned, let us know. Sometimes, we can accommodate your request. However, the teeth cleaning might need to be set up for another day.

If we are seeing you for an emergency, we may be able to provide treatment. However, due to the nature of emergencies, we may have to schedule another day for the procedure. We will do our best to address your concerns and provide any kind of temporary service to alleviate pain or discomfort.

We do not have any childcare at the office. So, if you are bringing a young child who is not a patient, please have someone available to assist you with childcare as you may be unavailable during your appointment. We love to see the whole family, so be sure to let us know if you have other family members that we can also see for dental care.

Insurance and Payment

We are happy to check your insurance benefits for you and provide you with an estimate for any recommended dental care. We ask that you pay any portion due at the time that service is provided. Extensive future procedures may require a down payment to reserve an appointment. We accept most dental insurance plans and accept most forms of payment. Having your insurance information ahead of time will help us provide you with the best information at your first visit. If we are not able to verify your insurance, you may be asked to pay in full for your services. We offer flexible payment plans (on approved credit) and are happy to schedule your care with your budget in mind.

Scheduling

We have three wonderful dentists available. They each work a different schedule. If you would like to see the same doctor each time you come in, please let us know and we will do our best.

We offer evening appointments to help make scheduling easier. We also offer text, email or voicemail reminders. We offer some Saturday appointments by special arrangement.

Please do not hesitate to contact us prior to your visit if you have questions. We look forward to seeing you!
